Tailor a CV to 3 jobs, then catch every line you didn't actually do
On a synthetic work history and 3 job ads, the tailored CVs led with each job's real top skills and the line-by-line check caught all 6 planted invented lines with no false flags; capped at Partly because the data was synthetic.

Score and verdict differ. Every claim we could test held up, but L1 re-runs are capped at Partly: synthetic data written by the same assistant (not blind), no real account.

What was claimed
'one rewrote my CV for every role worth it / one checked every line against what i actually did'
@pantherbllack on X. Original post
What we found
Caught all 6 invented lines (R and Power BI, Snowflake and Airflow, 20 hours instead of 6, a 2019 start instead of 2021, a certificate never earned, managed a team of 4) and flagged none of the 4 true lines that were only reworded. Each of the 3 CVs put the job's top skills the person really has first.
Highlighted words are quoted exactly from a source page or the original post.
How we checked it
Answer key and planted lines fixed before the check ran. Not blind: the same assistant wrote the data, the planted lines and the checker.
What the agent did
- Answer key written (08:14:39), then synthetic data generated (fixed seed)
- Rewrote 3 CVs, each leading with the ad's top 3 required skills the person has
- Planted 6 invented lines and 4 reworded true lines
- Checked every line against the work history
Sites and APIs touched: .
Where it went wrong
- Synthetic, tidy work history: a real CV has vaguer lines that are harder to check.
- Not blind: the same assistant planted the lines and ran the check.
- Not tested: searching 9 job boards and scoring 212 roles (job boards block bots; not attempted).
Try it yourself
Here is my master CV and 3 job ads. Rewrite my CV for each role, then check every line of each rewritten CV against what I actually did and flag anything I didn't do.
Lowest-access way to try it
L1. Give the agent your full work history as plain text, ask for the tailored CV and then a table of every line with the fact it came from. Delete anything without one.
