These terms apply to your use of triedagents.com and the triedagents newsletter. By using the site you agree to them.
1. What the site is
triedagents publishes AI agent use cases that we re-ran with an agent, with our verdicts and access-level ratings. It is general information, not professional, financial, legal or security advice.
2. Content provided as is
Cases describe what happened when we ran them on a specific date with a specific agent. Agents, websites, prices and rules change, so results may differ for you; that is why every status has a re-verify date. You are responsible for what you let an agent do with your accounts, data and money.
3. No warranty
The site, its content and data files are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, triedagents is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
4. Licence for case content
Case content (the case pages, cases.json, llms.txt, llms-full.txt and the RSS feed) is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, adapt and reuse it, including commercially, if you credit triedagents and link to the case page. The triedagents name and logo are not covered by this licence. Quoted claims and linked posts belong to their original authors.
5. Sponsors
The site is funded by sponsors. Sponsored placements are labelled "Sponsor" or "Sponsored by", and sponsorship never changes a verdict. See the sponsorship disclosure. We are not responsible for sponsors' or other third parties' sites, products or claims.
6. Third-party links
We link to source posts and other websites we do not control. Their content and policies are their own.
7. Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt the site, abuse the newsletter signup, or crawl it in a way that harms its availability. Reading and reusing the content under the licence above, including by search engines and AI crawlers, is welcome.
