C6 "One Claude plugin auto-generates CLIs for ANY codebase through proven 7-phase pipeline": NOT TESTED (V0), 2026-10-20 14:17 UTC+8. What it needs (README, Phase 3): a supported AI coding agent (Claude Code, Cursor, Pi, OpenClaw, OpenCode, Codex, Hermes, Reasonix, Qodercli, GitHub Copilot CLI) with an LLM behind it, running /cli-anything through 7 phases (analyse, design, implement, plan tests, write tests, document, publish). Why not today: - Claude Code / Codex / Cursor / Copilot need a paid or signed-in LLM account; we only use free tiers and no card. - The only free LLM path we have is an OpenRouter $0 account with free models, about 50 requests per day, and about 48 of today's 50 were already used by the Headroom rerun (12:05-12:13 UTC+8). An agent run of 7 phases makes one request per agent turn, far more than 2. What would make it testable: an approved agent account, or a day with the full free budget plus an OpenCode + OpenRouter free-model setup (still likely too few requests for a full build of a real app).
